Tender beef steak pounded thin and filled with ricotta and parmesan cheese, prosciutto, pine nuts and figs, braised until tender in a rich red wine tomato gravy and served over spaghetti
Pesce
Fresh swordfish sautéed with olive oil, capers, black cured olives, garlic, fresh lemon mint and oregano, served with fresh arugula and toasted pine nuts
Pollo
Crispy parmesan panko encrusted chicken cutlets with sautéed baby portobello mushrooms, sundried tomato, artichokes, roasted garlic with a savory lemon basil chardonnay butter sauce
Tagliatelle
A ribbon-like imported pasta served with our savory pork ragout gravy, topped with grilled black mission figs, shaved parmesan cheese and basil

Jon’s meatballs of veal, pork and beef and savory tomato gravy with imported spaghetti in our Sunday gravy with a scoop of ricotta cheese and crispy fried pancetta and shaved parmesan cheese
